At Focus On Function, we provide high quality and participant centered services to adults with a wide range of disabilities and medical conditions.
Our Occupational Therapists assess participants in their own home to focus on how their environment could be altered to enhance participation.
Dietitian and Case Management Services are provided via collaborative practices and can be home, telehealth or clinic based.
We aim to work alongside the participant, with the participant driving the direction of the services.

We provide Occupational Therapy, Case Management & Dietitian services to adults with a wide range of disabilities and medical conditions through NDIS, iCare, CTP and workers compensation claims.
We provide Occupational Therapy services for adults and Dietitian services for adults and children who are under the NDIS scheme, under either plan or self managed arrangements only. Our services include comprehensive and collaborative engagement with the participant, their family and providers.
We provide Occupational Therapy, Case Management and Dietitian services for adults with severe and permanent injuries under iCare (iCare Lifetime Care and iCare Workers Care).
We provide Occupational Therapy, Case Management and Dietitian services for adults with a variety of injuries under the CTP claim that will aid with recovery, achieve goals and improve daily living situations. This includes (but isn't limited to) initial needs and activities of daily living assessments, equipment prescription, home modifications, nutritional advise and case management.
We provide Occupational Therapy, Case Management and Dietitian services for adults with a variety of injuries under a workers compensation claim. This includes (but isn't limited to) initial needs and activities of daily living assessments, equipment prescription, home modifications, nutritional advise and case management. We don't provide return to work services. Our services are more focused on injury related needs to optimise participation, recovery and goals.
We are based in Gunnedah, NSW and cover a wide area throughout the North West including Narrabri, Gunnedah, Manilla, Tamworth, Quirindi, Armidale and everywhere in between.
