For adult participants with severe and permanent injuries under iCare Lifetime Care and iCare Workers Care. If you are enquiring about a Case Management referral we would love to discuss this further with you. We are eager to ensure we are the right fit for the participant, their stage of recovery and goals. Please call our customer support team to arrange a discussion – 093 133 667.
We are currently offering:

Clinical Nurse Consultancy (CNC) services, including wound care, bladder and bowel care, continence assessment and prescription, attendant care program education, and more.

Endorsed Enrolled Nurse (EEN) support under the direction of our CNCs.

Physiotherapy services focused on functional mobility, injury rehabilitation, and tailored exercise programs to support independence and daily activity. Our Physiotherapy services are fully mobile.

We also continue to offer referrals for Occupational Therapy, Case Management, Dietitian services.
