At Focus On Function, our team is made up of a group of passionate, driven individuals who strive to provide the best outcomes for our participants and their families.

Focus on Function was formed in response to the limited Occupational Therapy services in our region, high demand for adult-based care, and a drive to provide quality allied health and nursing services in our community.
We provide collaborative and participant-centred Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Dietitian, Nursing, and Case Management services to adults with a wide range of disabilities and medical conditions. Our Dietitian services also support children and families.
Our team generally assesses participants in their own environment. This allows us to understand everyday routines and identify how the environment, care supports, and therapy interventions can be tailored to meet individual goals. Our Dietitian, Physiotherapy, and Nursing services can also be provided via video call (telehealth), where appropriate.
- Our Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, and Nursing services are for people aged 16 and over.
- Our Dietitian services are available for all ages.
We work alongside participants, families, and support networks, and pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, evidence-based, and participant-centred care across regional NSW.
We provide collaborative and participant centered Occupational Therapy, Dietitian and Case Management services.
