Our team consists of Occupational Therapist, Case Managers, Dietitian, Practice Manager and a great customer service team. We are dedicated to providing a supportive team, pursuing our love of learning and always enhancing our practices.
We are proud of the services we provide and passionate for opimal health care in our communities.
