NDIS Changes, Voice Your Concern.

From 1 July 2025, the NDIA will reduce the amount therapists can claim for travel to support you. This means providers will only be reimbursed 50% of the therapy rate for travel time – a change that will significantly impact access to in-home, school-based, and regional services.

If you or someone you care for loses access to services because of this policy, it’s important to formally report your concerns.

How to Make a Complaint to the NDIS:

Online: Feedback form or live chat
Email: enquiries@ndis.gov.au
Phone: 1800 800 110 (NDIS National Contact Centre), Monday – Friday 8am to 8pm
In person: by visiting an NDIS office, Local Area Coordinator (LAC) or Early childhood (EC) partner
Mail: NDIA, GPO Box 700, Canberra ACT 2601.

Be sure to clearly explain:

  • That you can no longer access your service due to travel cuts
  • How this is affecting your goals, health, or daily functioning
  • That this decision was made by the NDIA, not the provider
  • If your provider has stated it is no longer viable for them to attend

Please share this with your networks – especially those in rural/remote areas or people who rely on home visits.

Let’s ensure the NDIS hears directly from the people affected; everyone deserves access to the supports they need – no matter where they live.

All clinical team members are mobile and can provide services across most areas that we cover. Our customer service team support all 3 sites from the Gunnedah office. Please reach out to our customer support team to discuss further.
