Are you looking for a way to kick start your career in allied health? We have a fabulous opportunity for you to gain a diverse clinical experience while being supported by the very best of teams and help you to prepare for your first years as a awesome clinician.
We are a team of clinicians with over 100 years of experience! We have sites in Gunnedah, tamworth and Armidale. We are very keen to provide you with eth very best of experiences.

The mentor program includes:
- Work with and alongside some of the very best and experienced clinicians in rural NSW.
- You will experience our fabulous onboarding program to ensure you are well connected in out team.
- You will see a diverse case load with vary conditions, injuries and illness.
- You will also be apart of completing a variety of clinical assessment and array of interventions
- You will get to know the main funding bodies under private practice, what their guidelines are, how best to work with the funding body to ensure great outcomes for participants.
- You will get exposures to all aspects fo private practice. This allows you to see if proactive practice is a great fit for you.
- You will be an active and supported member of our team. Join in our social events, celebrations, share our wins and be a huge part of our team culture days.
- You will be working in a collaborative, best practice, multi disciplinary approach.
- We provide ongoing support after your placement. We want to stay connected with you and would love to support your career.
We provide collaborative and participant centered Occupational Therapy, Dietitian and Case Management services.

To be eligible you must:
- Be enrolled in a BA of Occupational therapy
- Have a passion for quality care
- Keen to be a great teammate.
