Meet Our Team

Our team are locally based and dedicated to our communities! We live here, use the same schools and medical services as our participants. We are very passionate about great outcomes for our communities and enhancing the rural allied health workforce.

We love to work collaboratively with participants, family, funding bodies and other members of the team. We do this with great communication, goal setting, participant-centered practice, comprehensive assessment processes and tailored interventions.

We are committed to high quality work and we do this with ongoing professional development, connecting with specialists, being open to feedback and an eagerness to always improve.

We do this to ensure we can all work towards better outcomes for participants together.

We are committed to enhancing rural allied health for our communities. This includes supporting up and coming allied health clinicians with student placements, contributing to political needs regarding workforce enquires and jumping on other opportunities that arise.

Our team practice gratitude and positivity as a part of our culture, communication, systems and meetings. We celebrate and share the small wins so our entire team can know and celebrate the impact we are having on the community. We also love to recognize the great work our team members do, either in their role or community. We love the FoF team member super star of the term award! This is nominated by our team members.
