Our experienced team of Occupational therapists can provide minor and major modifications for a variety of conditions. We aim to enhance independence, safety and participation by changing the environment.
We do this via working closely with the participant their family, treating team, funding body and builders.
We ensure we are clear on what the goals and needs are to ensure the home modifications meet the need for the longer term.
We work with people with a variety of illnesses and injuries in home modifications, including:
- Spinal Cord Injury
- Traumatic Brain Injury
- Amputations
- Stroke
- Neurodiverse conditions
- Developmental disabilities
- Progressive conditions
- And many other conditions that require a change in the environment.
