Physiotherapy in Armidale, Tamworth & Gunnedah

We provide Physiotherapy services for people with severe and permanent injuries under iCare Lifetime Care, and iCare Workers Care. Our physiotherapists deliver home and community-based rehabilitation, tailored to support mobility, strength, and function.

This includes support following stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, and orthopaedic trauma. We also offer specialised pain management, including InterX therapy, and develop safe, goal-focused programs for falls prevention, community access, and post-injury recovery.

Our Physiotherapist is SIRA accredited.

Our EP Services Include:

  • Rehabilitation and injury recovery – Supporting mobility, strength, and function after an injury.
  • Pain management – Using movement and exercise to reduce chronic pain and improve quality of life.
  • Hydrotherapy – Water-based therapy for low-impact, effective rehabilitation.
  • Home and community-based exercise – Practical, individualized programs using simple equipment.
  • Return-to-work and daily function support – Helping participants regain strength and confidence for work and daily activities.
  • Education and upskilling – Training support workers, carers, and family members to assist with exercise programs.
  • We provide Exercise Physiology services under iCare, NDIS, CTP, and Workers Compensation.

Our goal is to enhance participation, function, and independence, working in partnership with participants, families, and support teams to achieve meaningful health outcomes.
